Kerala Mahila Samakhya Society invites applications for Various posts like home manager, psychologist, field worker, caretaker, security and cleaning staff in “Sthreekaludeyum Kuttikaludeyum Home” in 8 different districts. All posts except part time posts are residential posts. About Mahila Samakhya: The Mahila Samakhya programme was initiated in 1987-1989 to translate the goals of National policy on Education and Empowerment of women in rural areas, particularly of women from socially and economically marginalised groups. The MS programme covers 11 states including Kerala.
Mahila Samakhya works to garner women energies to collectively solve their problems and empower them to address issues themselves through Mahila Sanghas at the grassroot level.

Education Qualifications:
- Home manager: MSW /MA Sociology/ MA (Psychology)/ MSc (Psychology)
- Legal counselor : Experience as an advocate.
- Psychologist (part time): MA (Psychology)/ MSc (Psychology) (One year experience)
- Field worker: MSW /MA Sociology/ MA (Psychology)/ MSc (Psychology)
- Security: SSLC
- Caretaker: PDC or +2
- Cleaning Staff : 5th standard.

The selected candidates will get a remunerations of
