Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Must possess a Master’s Degree in Statistics with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a recognized equivalent qualification.
- Must possess a B.Ed in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from a University in Kerala (or a recognized equivalent).
- Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or an authorized agency.
- Note on Exemptions: Candidates holding an M.Ed in the concerned subject are exempted from the B.Ed qualification. Persons who have passed SLET, NET, JRF, or possess a Ph.D./M.Phil are exempted from passing the SET.
Experience
- Teachers who have completed 10 (Ten) years of approved teaching service at the High School level in the General Education Subordinate Service are exempted from passing the SET.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 Years.
- Maximum Age: 49 Years.
- Age Criteria: Candidates must be born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included).
