Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Site Engineer (Post Code: WP-01)

• Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved University / Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years and less than 5 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector.
• Nature of Work: Site execution, quantity measurements, maintenance of site records, material inspection, DPR preparation.

2. Project Engineer (Post Code: WP-02)

• Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved University / Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years and less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector.
• Nature of Work: Supervision of site engineers, quality control, billing, coordination with contractors, monitoring progress, attending client meetings.

3. Architect (Post Code: WP-03)

• Essential Qualification: Full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized University / Institute, with valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years and less than 10 years of post-qualification experience in the construction sector.
• Nature of Work: Architectural design and detailing, review of drawings, coordination with structural/MEP consultants and contractors, ensuring site compliance with design intent, attending client meetings.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: Applications meeting all eligibility criteria (qualifications, experience, age, category, documents) will be shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via registered email or the WAPCOS website.
