Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• Essential Qualification: Diploma in Computer Application OR Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking.

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)

• Age Range: 18 to 40 Years.
• Age Relaxations: Usual age relaxations are applicable for Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates as per university/government rules.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: The university reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on the marks obtained in the qualifying degree.
• Governing Rules: Appointment, service conditions, emoluments, and other benefits are governed by the provisions of KSR, KS&SSR, University Acts/Statutes/Ordinances, and Syndicate Decisions of CUSAT.

• General and OBC Candidates: ₹950/-
• SC / ST Candidates: ₹195/-
• Mode of Remittance: Online payment through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card (Cheques and Demand Drafts are not accepted).

Tip: Ensure you complete both steps: first, register and submit your application online through the CUSAT recruitment portal before November 19; second, print out the signed hard copy with copies of all supporting documents and mail it to the university registrar so it arrives before November 26.
