Educational qualification & Experience:

• Branch Heads: Applicants must have a Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and a minimum of eight years of experience in banking as Branch Head. 8 year Experience Required
• Assistant Branch Heads: Applicants must have a Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and a minimum of five years of experience in banking as Assistant Branch Head.5 year experience required
• Sales officers – Retail Assets & Liability: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and three years of experience in sales (Sales experience in Banking/Financial products/Telecom/FMCG/Hospitality) is preferred. Candidates must possess a flair for sales and marketing. Relevant experience of 2-3 years
• Relationship Officer: Applicants must have a Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and two years of experience in banking, NBFC, hospitality or any other financial streams.2 year experience required
• Credit Officer: Applicants must have Graduation in any subject from a recognized University and must possess one year experience in credit appraisal. 1 year experience in credit appraisal
• Sales Officer – Trainee: Applicants must have a Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University without any backlogs or Graduates with one year sales experience. Candidates must possess a flair for sales and marketing. Students awaiting results can also apply.
• Senior Sales Executives (Regional Level): ESAF invites applications from Senior Sales Executives having experience in Asset and Liability. 8+ year experience required
