Educational qualification &Experience:
- Deputy finance controller: ICWA/CA final OR MBA in Financial Management OR M. Com from a recognized University. Computer Knowledge with TALLEY is essential. Experience: – 5 Years’ experience in any manufacturing Unit
- Personal officer:MSW/PG in Personnel Management OR Diploma in Personnel Management from a recognized University. Computer knowledge is essential. Experience: – Five Years’ experience as Personnel Manager preferably in a Textile sector.
- Quality control in charge:Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology from a recognized University or Technical Education Department of Govt. of Kerala. Computer knowledge is essential. Experience: Having minimum 8 Years’ experience for Degree holders and 12 years’ for Diploma holders in which three years as Quality control In charge/ Maintenance In charge in a Spinning Mills
- Steno/Typist: Plus Two with K.G.T.E in Malayalam and English Type Writing from a recognized Institution OR Diploma in Commercial Practice from the Technical Education Department, Govt. of Kerala or recognized University. Candidate should know to type English and Malayalam at a minimum speed of 30 words/ minute. Experience: – At least Two years in any industry/ institution
- Machine operator trainees:10th Pass OR I.T.I/I.T.C holder in any Trade OR Certificate holders in Textile Technology.
- Shift supervisors:Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology from Technical Education Department or a recognized University. Experience: – Having minimum 3 Years’ experience for Degree holders and 5 years for Diploma holders as Shift Supervisor in a Spinning Mills
- Driver cum office attender:10th Pass. Candidate should have a valid LMV License. Experience: – One-year driving experience.
What is the age limit?
- Deputy finance controller: 27- 50 as on 01 Jan 2020.
- Personal officer: 25- 50 as on 01 Jan 2020.
- Quality control in charge: 25- 45 as on 01 Jan 2020
- Steno/Typist: 22-36 as on 01 Jan 2020.
- Machine operator trainees: 18- 36 as on 01 Jan 2020.
- Shift supervisors: 25- 55 as on 01 Jan 2020.
- Driver cum office attender (Permanent): 18-36 as on 01 Jan 2020
Age relaxation as per Govt rules and regulation
Pay scale:
- Deputy finance controller: Rs. 25000 per month (Consolidated)
- Personal officer: Rs. 22500 per month (Consolidated)
- Quality control in charge: Rs. 22500 per month (Consolidated)
- Steno/Typist: Rs. 15000 per month (Consolidated)
- Machine operator trainees: Rs. 200/ Day for First four months, Rs. 225/Day for Second four months and Rs.250 per day for last four months.
- Shift supervisors: Rs. 15000 per month (Consolidated)
- Driver cum office attender: As per scale of pay -1820-660-2000-75-2375-90-2825-110-3375-130-4025-150- 4775-170-5625.
