- Senior Technical Officer (1), Gr.III (4): Rs.84,360/- (for CSIO Delhi Centre)
- Technical Assistant: Rs.47,328/- (for CSIO Chandigarh) Rs.52,176/- (for CSIO Chennai & Delhi Centre)
