Educational qualification:
- Upper Division Clerk: Essential: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Proficiency in Computers. Skill Test Norms on computer: Typing speed @ 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. (Time allowed 10 minutes) (35 w.p.m. or 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)
- Data Entry Operator: Essential: 12th Class or equivalent qualification. Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work
- Lower Division Clerk: Essential: 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. Skill Test Norms on computer: Typing speed @ 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. (Time allowed 10 minutes) (35 w.p.m. or 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)
What is the age limit?

- Upper Division Clerk: 21-30 Years
- Data Entry Operator: 18-27 Years
- Lower Division Clerk: 18-30 Years
Age relaxation as per Govt rules and regulation will be provided.
Pay scale:
- Upper Division Clerk: Level 4 in Pay Matrix Rs. 25500-81100/-
- Data Entry Operator: Level 4 in Pay Matrix Rs. 25500-81100/-
- Lower Division Clerk: Level 2 in Pay Matrix Rs. 19900- 63200/-
Selection process:
Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test & Skill Test
Application fee:
- SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates : Rs. 200/-
- All other categories (GEN/OBC) : Rs. 1,000/-
