Educational qualification:
- Welfare Officer: Essential Qualification: Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications and conditions of service) Rules,1966 (enclosed as Annexure –A) and Enrolled in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety & Health, Maharashtra, Mumbai for appointment of Welfare Officer in any Factory and Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any industry / Factory as Welfare Officer/Personnel Officer/HR Executive in HR or Welfare Dept.
- Supervisor (Technical Operations – Printing): ESSENTIAL: 1st class Diploma in Engineering in the area of Printing Technology or equivalent Diploma in related field from a recognised University/Institute. DESIRABLE: 1 st class B.E./B.Tech in Engineering in the area of Printing Technology or equivalent Degree in related field from a recognised University/Institute.

- Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 30 years as on 14-01-2019

Pay scale:
- Welfare Officer: Revised pay scale as per 3rd PRC Rs.29000- 110000/-
- Supervisor: Revised pay scale as per 3rd PRC Rs.26000- 100000/-
