Educational Qualification &Experience:

  • Chief Operating Officer (COO) :Qualification : Graduate preferably with MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
    Experience : 15 years or more experience in Airport Operations of which 7 years as Senior Manager or equivalent or above in Airports.
  • General Manager / Dy. General Manager (Airport Operations):Qualification : Graduate preferably with MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
    Experience : Minimum 15 years experience in Airport Operations of which 5 years as Senior Manager or equivalent or above in Airports.
  • Project Engineer (Electrical):First Class Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
    M. Tech in Engineering will be desirable.
    OR
    Engineering Graduates in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engg. with higher experience in Airport Authority of India or other Airports.
    Experience : Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field of which 7 years should be in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electrical systems, HT/LT substation / Building management system. Preference will be given to candidates from Airport sector.
  • Senior Manager (Business Development & Marketing):Graduate in any discipline with full-time regular MBA /
    PGDM (two years duration) with specialization in Marketing from reputed institution.
    Experience : Minimum 12 years experience in the field of Marketing /Business Development in reputed companies. Preference will be given to candidates with Airport experience.
  • Senior Manager (HR):Graduate in any discipline with full-time regular MBA / PGDM (two years duration) with specialization in HR from reputed institution.
    Experience : Minimum 12 years experience in HR functions in reputed companies. Preference will be given to candidates with Airport experience.
  • Senior Manager (Fire):Full time Bachelors’ Degree in Automobile / Mechanical /Fire Engineering from any UGC recognized university/ institute.
    OR
    Successful completion of Divisional Fire Officers course from National Fire Services College, Nagpur.
    OR
    3 years approved regular diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile / Fire / Electrical / Electronics and GiFire with Level 4 Certification or above from Institution of Fire Engineers.
  • Dy. Project Engineer (Electrical):First Class Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
    M. Tech in Engineering will be desirable.
    Experience : Minimum 7 years experience in the relevant field of which 5 years should be in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electrical systems, HT/LT substation / Building management system. Preference will be given to candidates with Airport sector.
  • Manager (IT & Electronics):First Class Engineering degree in Computer Science /Electronics & Communications / IT or Masters in Computer Application (regular study)
    Experience : Minimum 7 years experience in the field of Information Technology of which 5 years or above in the position of Assistant Manager or equivalent.
  • Manager (Airside / Terminal Operations): Graduation from recognized University. Minimum 10 years of Airport / Airport Operations experience in an International/ Domestic Airport of which 7 years or above should be in Airside / Terminal Operations.
  • Assistant Manager (Business Development & Marketing): First Class Graduate in any discipline with full time regular MBA / PGDM (two years duration) with specialization in Marketing from reputed institution. A valid LMV licence is desirable.
    Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development & Marketing field. Preference will be given to candidates with Airport experience.
  • Assistant Manager (Finance): First Class Graduate in Commerce. Additional Qualifications like M Com, MBA (Finance), CA, ICWAI will be preferred.
    Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance functions in a reputed company / Government Department.
  • Manager (Fire) / Assistant Manager (Fire): Graduate in any discipline
    OR
    3 years approved diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile / Fire / Electrical / Electronics and GiFire with Level 3
    Certification or above from Institution of Fire Engineers.
  • Fire Crew Commander (On Contract for one year):10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile / Fire / Electrical / Electronics with Basic Fire Training Course certificate from AAI
    OR
    12th Pass (Regular Study) with Basic Fire Training Course certificated from AAI.
  • Baggage Screening Executive : Graduate in any discipline and having valid Screener Certificate from Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).

Selection process:

Screening of applications will be done with reference to qualification, age, experience etc. specified for the particular post. Selection process will be based on Interview or Written test and Interview depending upon the number of eligible applicants for each category

Applications received in any other means will be summarily rejected except for evictee category, who have to apply online as well as submit/send a hard copy with a self-attested copy of the related LAC (Land Acquisition Certificate).

The application must be submitted online on or before 5.00 pm (IST) on 10 August 2018. Late applications will be summarily rejected. Candidates are advised to submit applications sufficiently early to avoid last minute rush.
