Educational Qualifications:

- Passed SSC/10th Class.
- Should know to read and understand English.
- Must have knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages.
- Must have the ability to learn and speak Hindi.
Customer Agent:
- Must be a Graduation.
- Passed under 10+2+3 pattern.
- Candidates must possess experience in aviation would be preferred.

For Senior Ramp Services Agent Post:
- General Candidates: Maximum Age: 30 Years
- OBC Candidates: Maximum Age: 33 Years
- Sc/ST Candidates: Maximum Age: 35 Years
For all Other posts:

- OBC Candidates: Maximum Age: 31 Years
- Sc/ST Candidates: Maximum Age: 33Years
