Educational qualification:
- Diploma Trainee (Electrical): Full Time Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical(Power)/Power System Engineering/ Power Engineering(Electrical) from recognized Technical Board/Institute with not less than 70% marks for UR/ OBC (NCL) category and Pass marks for SC/ST & PwD(OH)
- Diploma Trainee (Civil): Full Time Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Technical Board/Institute with not less than 70% marks for UR/ OBC (NCL)/ST category and Pass marks for SC
- Officer Trainee (HR): Two year full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ MBA in Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/ MSW or equivalent from recognized Institute with minimum 55% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST candidates
What is the age limit?
- Diploma Trainee (Electrical): UR:27, OBC(NCL):30, SC/ST:32 Maximum Age (As on 27.02.2018 )
- Diploma Trainee (Civil):UR:27, OBC(NCL):30, SC/ST:32 Maximum Age (As on 27.02.2018 )
- Officer Trainee (HR): 27 years for UR/ OBC(NCL)/SC/ST Maximum Age (As on 27.02.2018 )
Stipend:
- Stipend during training period of One year: RS16500/-per month
- Basic pay scale:RS 16000/- in the pay scale of RS16000-35500/-

- RS:300/-
- (SC/ST/PwD/ Ex-servicemen/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee)
Selection process:
