Educational qualification:

• Special Educator Teacher: Graduate with (a) B.Ed.(Special Education) or (b) B.Ed. with a two years Diploma in Special Education or (c) Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education Or any other
  equivalent qualification approved by the RCI. (ii)Central Teacher Eligibility Test Conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education.
• Assistant Teacher (Nursery):1. Senior Secondary School (Class Twelve) certificate or
  Intermediate or its equivalent with atleast 45% marks from a recognized Board/university.
  2. Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education programme of a duration of not less than two years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from a recognized institute.
  3. Must have passed Hindi at Secondary Level.
• Assistant Teacher (Primary):  1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and
  2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board.
  OR
  Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 45% marks and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE recognition norms and procedure regulations-2002 .
  OR
  Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor of elementary education (B.El.Ed).
  OR
  Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 2-years Diploma in Education (special education) from a recognized Board.
  OR
  Graduation and 2-years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) from a recognized Board.
  2. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
  3. Must have passed Hindi or Urdu or Punjabi or English as a subject at Secondary Level..
• Physical Education Teacher: Applicants must possess graduation with bachelor’s of physical education (B.P.Ed) or its equivalent.
• Drawing Teacher: 1. Five years Diploma in Drawing/Painting/Sculpture/Graphic Art from a university/institute recognized by the Govt. of India.
  OR
  2. Master’s Degree in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art from a recognized university.
  OR
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in Drawing/Painting/Fine Art plus two years full time Diploma in Painting/Fine Art from a recognized university/institution.
• Domestic Science Teacher: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Domestic science/Home Science from a recognized university/institute.
  2. Bachelor’s in Education with Domestic Science/Home Science as a teaching subject.
• PGT (Home Science): (i) M.Sc. (Home Science) from a recognised university
  OR
  (ii) (a) B.Sc. Home Sc.)
  (b) B.Ed. from a recognized university provided the teacher has satisfactorily pursued a condensed course in Home Science through three consecutive summer institutes or through one year evening course.
• PGT (Physical Education): (i) (a) Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.ED) or Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Health and Physical Education and Degree in Sports at least 55% marks as per National Council for Teacher Education (recognition norms and procedure) regulations, 2009.
  OR
  (b) At least 50% marks in the B.P.ED Degree/B.P.ED (Integrated) four years professional degree in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition norms and procedure) regulations, 2007 notified on 10th December 2007.
  OR
  (c) B.P.ED with at least 55% marks or B.P.E. Course (OR its equivalent) of three years duration with at least 50% marks in accordance with the National Council For Teacher Education (Form of application for recognition, the time limit of submission of application, determination of norms and standards for recognition of teacher education programmes and permission to start new course or training) regulations, 2002 notified on 13th November 2002.
  (ii) M.P.Ed. of atleast two years duration from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution
• PGT (Fine Art):(i) (a) Bachelor in Fine Art
  OR
  (b) Higher Secondary*/Intermediate/Sr. School Certificate Exam with minimum 5 years (Full Time) diploma in Fine Art /Painting /Drawing & Painting from a Recognized institute / University.
  (ii) Graduate with Drawing & Painting as one of the subjects with minimum 4 years (Full time) diploma from recognized institute / University.
  (iii) Master’s Degree in Fine Art/drawing & Painting with a minimum of 2 years (Full Time) diploma from a recognized institute / University..
• PGT (Music): M.A.(Music) or M.(Music) of any recognized University.
  OR
  Sangeet Alankar (M.Music) from all India Gandharrva Mahavidyalaya Mandal,Bombay-8 years.
  OR
  Sangeet Kovid (M.Music) the Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Kheragarh – 8 Years.
  OR
  Sangeet Praveen (M.Music) the prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad – 8 Years.
  OR

• PGT: (Biology, chemistry, commerce, economics, English, Hindi, History, pol.Science, Sanskrit, Geography, Maths, Physics, Punjabi, Urdu, Agriculture, Sociology): (1) Master’s Degree (Or its equivalent oriental Degree in the case of PGT Sanskrit/Hindi) in the subject concerned from any recognized University.
  (2)Degree / Diploma in training /Education.
• TGT (English, Maths, Natural Science, Social Science ): 1. “A Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent from a recognized University having secured 45% marks in aggregate, in  two school subjects of which at least one out of the following should have been at the elective level :-

  B. Mathematics
  C. Natural / Physical Science
  D. Social Science
• TGT (Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Urdu): Applicants must possess B.A in one of the Modern Indian Languages concerned or BA with MIL.
• Educational & Vocational Guidance Counselor (EVGC): Applicants must possess master degree in psychology from a recognized university or institution with diploma in guidance and counseling from a recognized university or institution.
• PGT Computer Science: Applicants must possess B.E or B.Tech (Computer science/IT) plus post graduate diploma in computer applications.
