National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut has Published a notification for the post  of 122 Technical Staff  in various trades on contract  basis. . Eligible candidates can attend for walk in interview  on 04  to 06-12-2017 at 08:00 AM.

Salary Details:

Selected Candidates will get a remuneration as described below,

• Diploma holders: Rs. 12, 500/- per month
• ITI holders: Rs.10, 000 per month

Educational Qualification:

• Architecture & Planning:

  Three year Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent with minimum one year relevant experience in Auto CAD/GIS Software desirable.OR Three year Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent with minimum one year relevant experience in digital graphics/3 D modeling software desirable.

  OR

  Three year Diploma in Fine Arts/ Diploma or ITI in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum one year relevant experience in digital graphics software desirable.

  OR

  Three year Diploma/ITI in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent

  OR

  Three year Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent

• CED: Degree/ Three year Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum one year relevant experience desirable.
• CHED: B. Tech/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum one year relevant experience desirable

  OR

  M.Sc. in Chemistry (preferably Analytical Chemistry) with minimum one year relevant experience desirable.

• CSED: B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology or 3 years’ regular Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology /Computer Hardware Maintenance. Minimum one year relevant experience desirable.
• EED: Three year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1st class with minimum one year relevant experience desirable.
• ECED: Three year Diploma in Electronics Engineering with 1st class with minimum one year relevant experience desirable.
• MED: Three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First Class with minimum one year relevant experience desirable

  OR

  COE (Certificate of Excellence) Fabrication, Fitting and welding (NCVT) with minimum one year relevant experience desirable

  OR

  ITI Trade Certificate (NCVT) Black smithy/Forging & Heat treatment with minimum one year relevant experience desirable

  OR

  ITI Trade Certificate (NCVT) Carpenter/Pattern making with minimum one year relevant experience desirabl

  OR

  ITI Trade Certificate in MMV (Motor Mechanic Vehicle)/Mechanic-Diesel (NCVT) with minimum one year relevant experience desirable

  OR

  Degree/Diploma in ME/ECE/EE/Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Mechatronics with minimum one year relevant experience desirable

  OR

  MCA with first class with minimum one year experience in PHP, Database, Management System, Java, Project experience desirable

• Physics: B.Sc. Physics /M.Sc. Physics with minimum one year relevant experience desirable
• Chemistry: B.Sc. Chemistry with minimum 60% marks and minimum 1 year relevant experience desirable

  OR

  M.Sc. Chemistry with minimum 60% marks and minimum 1 year relevant experience desirable

• Biotechnology: B.Sc. Life Sciences / B.Sc. Biochemistry / B.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Tech. Biotechnology with minimum one year relevant experience desirable
• SNST: M.Sc./ B.Sc. Chemistry First class (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA) hands on experience on characterization techniques in Nanotechnology is desirable.

Age limit :

The candidate should not have exceeded 27 years as on 01.12.2017.
