Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Ceramic / Materials Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA / DGPA; OR

• M.Sc. in Chemistry / Physics with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA / DGPA.

Desirable Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates having research experience in nano-materials synthesis and characterizations.

Age Limit (As on date of interview)

• Upper Age Limit: 35 years.

• Age Relaxations: Up to 5 years for SC / ST / Physically Handicapped and Female candidates; 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

Selection Process

1. Application Screening: Candidates must email their filled-in typed application form along with self-attested copies of certificates to recruitment.cqcri@csir.res.in by 29 October 2026.

2. Walk-in-Interview: Eligible candidates must report at least one hour before the scheduled time (2:30 P.M. on 30 October 2026) for document verification.

3. Document Verification: Candidates must bring original mark sheets, certificates, age-caste proof, project thesis (if any), self-attested copies of all documents, and proof of CGPA-to-percentage conversion rules if applicable.

How to Apply
