12th Std or equivalent pass . Must possess GMDSS Certificate issued by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, GoI . Pass Diploma in Computer Application . Must have fluency in speaking & writing English & Hindi . Preference will be given who have undergone ROC and ARPA, (DG approved) courses

- 35 yrs. as on 30-11-2018
