We all know that Government of India, Ministry of Railways, Railway Recruitment Boards has advertised a notification for the recruitment of 62907 Group ‘D’ vacancies in Level 1 of 7 CPC Pay Matrix. Eligible candidates can apply online from 10-02-2018 at 10.00 hrs to 31-03-2018 12-03-2018 at 23:59 hrs.
An earlier ministry notification had listed only Tamil and Telugu as options for candidates from the Southern Railways zone.
The Railways on Monday reinstated Malayalam in the list of languages that applicants can choose as the medium of examination in a recruitment drive. The decision followed protests from candidates and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan demanding that aspirants be allowed to write the exam in Malayalam as well.
“It has been decided that the questions in regional languages like Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Odia, Telugu, Bangla and others will be available for candidates to take the exam,” the Railways said in a statement, according to PTI.

How To Select Regional Language?
Candidates who have submitted application before 10.00 Hrs of 19/02/2018 and could not choose their exam language of their choice like ‘malayalam’ etc can modify their exam language by ‘modify the exam language’ in the menu.
Steps to Modify exam languages are:
1)First go to any RRB’s site
2) Now go through the menu as seen in the above screenshot
3)Now you will reach online application page

4)Select the modify exam language from the menu. Then give your Registration Number and Date of birth and change your choice of exam language as your wish.
candidates who have not submitted yet may select their choice at the time of application itself.
