Location:
Candidates selected shall be posted in any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank and is liable to be transferred to any of the Branches/Offices depending upon the administrative requirements.
Educational Qualification:
The educational qualifications required for each post are given below. Please note that applicants for the sweeper post must not have a Class X pass

Age Limit:

Candidates who have worked in any of the Branches / Offices of Federal Bank as temporary Bankman / Driver. 2. Candidates belonging to SC / ST category.
Salary:
The salaries of the selected candidates are given below

The selected candidates will also be eligible for DA, HRA, Health Insurance and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

Selection procedures:
The method of selection can be summarized as;
Sweeper: The selection process will comprise of Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of candidates in the Personal Interview based on the administrative requirements. The mode of the selection process will be depending upon the prevailing situation / number of candidates / discretion of the Bank. Candidates shall note that Marks / Ratings secured by the candidates during the selection process will be confidential and the same will not be disclosed to the candidates. The decision of the Bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in the selection stage will be final and binding on the candidates. Eligible candidates have to appear for the Personal Interview at their own expenses at the venue and date notified by the Bank. Personal Interview of the eligible candidates will be scheduled at various centres across the country at the discretion of the Bank.
Bankman: The recruitment process comprises of various stages, which includes Aptitude Test and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of candidates in the selection stages based on the administrative requirements. The initial short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for Personal Interview, after short-listing as aforesaid. The mode of the selection process will be depending upon the prevailing situation / number of candidates / discretion of the Bank. Candidates shall note that Marks / Ratings secured by the candidates during the selection process will be confidential and the same will not be disclosed to the candidates. The decision of the Bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in each selection stage will be final and binding on the candidates.
