Coconut Development Board (Under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Deputy Director.

Salary Details:

Selected candidates will be posted under the pay scale of Rs 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs 6600 (Pre-revised).

Educational Qualification:

• Post Graduate Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture/Plant Sciences (with working experience of
  plantation tree crops) from a recognized University or equivalent; and
• Seven years experience in a responsible capacity (out of which 5 years experience in a Group A
  post under the Central Government or equivalent) in agriculture development with particular
  reference to coconut crop.

What is the age limit ?

Age limit for the above post is 48 Years. Age limit will be calculated as on normal closing date for receipt of
applications. Age is relaxable for Government servants and employees of the Coconut Development Board up to 5 years in accordance with the instructions / orders issued by the Central Government.
